OCI is a mechanical enterprise founded in 1974, specialist in gear manufacturing: satellites, planetary, spur and helical gears, shaved or ground, splined shafts, wormshafts and wormwheels and key broaching.
Personnel: two shifts in new premises of 2000 sq.m.
Machine tool park: six CN gear cutters - most of them robotized - for gears, satellites, pinion shafts up to six phased toothing diameter 250 mm and 300 mm length. Straight, helical and tapered toothing; m=10, max. +/- 45° helix, 240 mm traverse, 380 mm max. diameter, with up to 20 automatic loading stations.
Machining: job and scheduled orders, jobbing productions and customized supplying, mass and small batche productions.

Since July 2009 OCI has been working on ISO 9001-2008 certification, expected by June 2010.
